1. Service Initiation

Once a service request has been confirmed and payment is received, we immediately begin work on your case—this includes legal review, documentation, agent allocation, and strategy planning. Therefore, cancellation or refund is not permitted once the service has been initiated.

2. Cancellation Policy

You may request cancellation before service initiation by sending a written request to support@recovered.co.in within 24 hours of payment. If the request is received after 24 hours or post-service initiation, no cancellation will be accepted.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds will only be considered in the following circumstances:

• Duplicate payment due to technical error.

Refunds will not be provided under the following conditions:

• Change of mind after payment.
• Disagreement on timelines or outcomes post-initiation.
• Delays caused by client in providing necessary documents or cooperation.

• Payment receipt or transaction ID
• Reason for refund request

All refund claims will be reviewed within 7 working days. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 working days via the original method of payment.

While we commit to ethical and legal recovery efforts, Recovered.co.in does not guarantee recovery of dues in all cases. Refunds are not issued based on recovery outcomes, as results depend on various external factors beyond our control.
